This offering is recommended yearly or bi-annually for multi-year contracts, providing the client with an avenue for assessing their LearnCenter environment usability and keeping it fresh and engaging.

Data Synchronization Package

One Time Import Option
In many cases, clients may have a legacy system that has reached the end of its useful life. However, in decommissioning that system, you do not want to lose the valuable data that it contains.

Ongoing Synchronization
Some clients also have an existing system that will run in parallel with LearnCenter. Generally, it performs somewhat different functions from the LearnCenter platform but will need to share data with LearnCenter. The process for integrating this data is much the same as a one time import.

Once the test synchronization is verified, the full data set will be synchronized with the target production LearnCenter. The synchronization will be scheduled as determined by the client. For example, the synchronization can be setup to run monthly, weekly, daily, hourly, or every 15 minutes if you like. There are also facilities for on demand synchronization.

User Integration Package

Definition
A standard user integration is defined as an application that is tasked with the responsibility of managing the user base of a LearnCenter system through communication with a talent management system. A user integration is a scheduled application that is able to run hourly, daily, or weekly - the exact time and frequency of this operation is determined by the needs of the client but is usually set to daily updates during non-peak hours. Managing the user base of a LearnCenter system consists of creating new user accounts, updating existing user accounts, and terminating user accounts that are no longer active accounts within the talent management system.

Method of Transfer
There are numerous methods of transfer of this information. The most popular method of transfer of this information is using a file provided to the application through File Transfer Protocol (ftp). A location is designated to be the source repository (for hosted clients, this is usually a new directory created within the "upload" directory) and another location to be designated as the archive directory (often created as a directory named "archive" within the source repository).

Single Sign-On Solution Package
Learn.com Professional Services can provide integration with your network to enable a single sign-on solution so that learner logon credentials match their network user name and password.

LearnCenter Administrator Training
Learn.com provides training programs for project team members and primary roles involved in LearnCenter system setup, content administration, and training administration.

LearnCenter training consists of three live, online orientation sessions for the primary roles involved in a LearnCenter implementation. These programs provide an overview of the decisions each role will make throughout the implementation process, but do not include hands-on product training. Project team training prepares your project team members for the implementation process.
