In May 2004, Mentor's Senior Management sold the business to Learn.com, Inc. in order to better capitalize on the market shift towards Self Service Technology, Help Desk Call Deflection Solutions, Workflow Embedded Solutions, and Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS) pioneered by Mentor in the early 1990's. The combined company has leveraged their resources to advance the product and its underlying technology, invest in a wider breath of new products, and initiate a broader sales and marketing awareness campaign.
