CAYMAN ISLANDS MONETARY AUTHORITY UTILIZES TALENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE TO AUTOMATE COMPLIANCE PROGRAMS

SUNRISE, FL – November 19, 2008 -- Learn.com®, the leader in on-demand workforce development and productivity, announced today that the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, the primary financial services regulator of the Cayman Islands, has introduced a streamlined and centralized instructor-led, compliance training program to the agency using an online software application.

The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) examined the critical needs and strategic priorities of their agency and then researched and evaluated the solutions offered by many of the world's top-tier vendors. The CIMA management team concluded that the talent management suite that best addressed their comprehensive learning and employee development initiatives was the Learn.com LearnCenter® platform.

The LearnCenter platform will enable CIMA to manage instructor-led training throughout the agency, which will enable them to communicate the critical importance of accurate financial compliance of government regulations to its staff members. Additional benefits of utilizing the vast functionality of the LearnCenter platform include raising the competency level and career planning objectives of their staff.

About The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority
The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority is the primary financial services regulator of the Cayman Islands. The Authority manages the Cayman Islands currency, regulates and supervises financial services, provides assistance to overseas regulatory authorities and advises the Cayman Islands government on financial-services regulatory matters.

The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority was established as a body corporate under The Monetary Authority Law ("the Law"), which was brought into force on 1st January, 1997. The former responsibilities, duties and activities of the Financial Services Supervision Department and the Cayman Islands Currency Board now fall to the Authority which was created from the merger of these two bodies.

The Authority, however, was not established just to continue what was already in place under a different guise but rather to enhance Cayman's ability to maintain a well regulated financial services regime and monetary stability. For more information, please visit www.cimoney.com.
